Our planned maintenance is designed to deliver a cost effective service to businesses throughout the UK. By grouping several assignments together our engineers can attend multiple sites in the same trip, giving the most economical method of delivery available. All our vehicles carry an array of spares and materials enabling them to take care of most general maintenance issues. We can establish client specific service level agreements, enabling us to hold minimum stocks of the spares and materials which are the most commonly used.

Reactive
Our reactive maintenance is designed to deliver a fast and reliable service to businesses theoughout the UK. Operating under contract with an established service level agreement or on a one off basis, we aim to investigate and rectify any reactive works as quickly and efficiently as we can. Reactive works are strategically planned into our daily delivery schedules in order to achieve a fast and professional completion time. The maximum turnaround for most assignments is 1 to 7 days depending on the availability of materials and access to the property. This service is charged out as part of a contract by an agreed quotation.
